Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Handling phone calls, emails, and day-to-day communication
- Assisting management with administrative and coordination tasks
- Coordinating with the HR departments.
- Preparing documents, reports, and maintaining records
- Following up on assigned tasks and deadlines
- Coordinating with staff, clients, and vendors when required
- Maintaining confidentiality of company information
- Supporting smooth daily workflow and operations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
