About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the financial operations of our textile business. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, taxation, compliance, risk management, and business strategy. Candidates with extensive experience in the textile industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall financial planning and management of the organization.
- Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
- Monitor business profitability, costs, and financial risks.
- Prepare detailed MIS reports and financial presentations for management.
- Support business expansion and investment decisions through financial analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts leadership roles.
- Strong experience in the Textile Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Planning, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and Advanced Excel.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
