Job Summary
Nigaran Green Energy Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with candidates and department heads throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, experience certificates, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Monitor employee attendance, late coming, leave, and attendance regularization.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and provide attendance and salary-related inputs.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Explain company policies, rules, procedures, and workplace expectations to employees.
- Monitor employee discipline, attendance, professional conduct, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare HR reports and periodic updates for management.
- Support HR policy implementation, employee engagement, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Assist management in disciplinary, performance management, and employee-related activities when required.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Good knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and Overall HR operations.
- Strong verbal communication skill.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software will be an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
