The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert support in Book-to-Report (B2R) activities, driving process excellence, standardization, and automation while ensuring compliance with global accounting and reporting requirements.
Provide end-to-end B2R process expertise and business support to Service Delivery Units.
Support transition of new service scopes, ensuring adherence to global SOPs, tools, and change management requirements.
Design, govern, standardize, and continuously improve global Project Accounting and Asset & Leasing Accounting processes.
Manage the global service portfolio, including KPIs, controls, compliance requirements, and service definitions.
Drive finance process optimization, systems modernization, and related project management initiatives.
Maintain and control relevant SAP tables and systems, ensuring appropriate governance and documentation of technical solutions.
Drive automation, RPA, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance process effectiveness.
Ensure process readiness and integration for major transformation programs and system transitions, including SAP S/4HANA.
Build strong relationships with B2R Service Delivery, Controlling, Corporate Center, and global stakeholders to align process and technology improvements with business needs.
