Job Title: Site Billing Engineer – Construction

Location: Project Site
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify running account (RA) bills, final bills, and variation claims as per contract terms.
- Measure executed work at site jointly with execution and client representatives.
- Maintain measurement books (MB), DPRs, and work completion records.
- Coordinate with planning, execution, and QA/QC teams to ensure accurate billing quantities.
- Track bill submission, certification, and payment status.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for materials, subcontractors, and BOQs.
- Handle subcontractor billing, certification, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with contract clauses, BOQ rates, and approved drawings.
- Support audits by maintaining proper billing documentation.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering (as applicable).
- 3–6 years of experience in site billing for construction/solar EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, contracts, and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, billing formats, and ERP systems (if applicable).
- Good coordination and communication skills.
