Ourea is a 360° branding agency based in Kochi, Kerala, providing strategic branding, marketing, and business solutions to both B2B and B2C clients. In addition to branding services, we offer corporate training, mentoring, coaching, and business consulting for individuals, startups, and organizations.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of both our clients and Ourea. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and digital trends, with the ability to execute engaging campaigns that align with brand objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies for client brands and Ourea across multiple platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Create content calendars and coordinate with the creative team for timely execution.
- Write engaging captions, briefs, and campaign ideas tailored to different audiences.
- Monitor content performance and prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, motion graphic artists, photographers, and content writers to produce high-quality content.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for content improvement and audience growth.
- Support basic Meta Ads execution and coordinate campaign requirements with the marketing team.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (Preferred)
Experience
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant internship experience may also be considered.
Skills Required
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience using social media scheduling tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
- Ability to plan content and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
