Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across Odisha. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team across Odisha.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, government organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales reports.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with service, spare parts, and finance departments for smooth business operations.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, mining equipment, capital goods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
