We are looking for a Customer Service & Office Executive to assist customers with online government services, document processing, applications, bill payments, and general office operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with government and online service applications
- Handle document scanning, printing, photocopying, and uploads
- Process applications for certificates, registrations, and utility services
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Maintain records and application status updates
- Perform data entry and basic office administration
- Coordinate with customers for required documents
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with internet browsing and online portals
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic English reading and typing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Akshaya Centre, CSC, e-Mithram, Janasevana Kendram, or customer service
- Fast typing skills
- Experience handling online government service portals
