Job Summary
Vision School of Aviation is seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Hindi Faculty to teach Spoken Hindi and Basic Hindi Communication to students enrolled in Aviation, Hospitality, Logistics, and Management programmes. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering interactive and practical language sessions that enhance students' communication skills and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Hindi language classes as per the academic timetable.
- Teach Spoken Hindi, basic grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Develop lesson plans and classroom activities that encourage practical communication.
- Assess students through assignments, activities, presentations, and periodic evaluations.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Motivate students to improve their confidence in spoken Hindi.
- Support students with interview communication and customer service language skills where applicable.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head regarding syllabus completion and class progress.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and academic events whenever required.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment.
- Follow all academic policies and institutional guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or any relevant discipline.
- Master's Degree in Hindi is preferred.
- Certification in Hindi language teaching will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Hindi language or Spoken Hindi.
- Experience in training college students or professional learners is preferred. Relevant teaching experience is commonly expected for part-time Hindi faculty positions.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken and written Hindi.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to make language learning interactive and practical.
- Positive attitude and student-centric approach.
Working Schedule
- Part-Time / Hourly engagement.
- Classes will be scheduled based on the academic timetable.
- Additional sessions may be assigned during special training programmes or workshops.
Performance Expectations
- Deliver high-quality and engaging classroom sessions.
- Complete the syllabus within the prescribed schedule.
- Maintain excellent student attendance and participation.
- Submit assessment reports and academic records on time.
- Uphold the values, discipline, and professional standards of Vision School of Aviation.
Compensation
- Remuneration will be paid on an hourly basis as approved by the management.
Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
