We are hiring Customer Relation manager / Team Leader to our Kanjirappally Service branch.
Responsibilities;
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- To implementation of customer care activities such as Post-Service Follow-up, complaints tracking and updating of complaints, etc.
- Ensure effective PSF is done by CCEs as per script to achieve high contact percentage.
- Ensure front office upkeep, customer receiving area cleanliness.
- Ensure feedback from customers through cards and actions on dissatisfied customers.
- To ensure the complaints tracking and pending complaints reports.
- Complaints resolution compliance as per system.
- To Organizing the customer meets and special events.
Profile Requirement;
- Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 plus years of proven experience in a customer service position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
