Job Title: PPC Executive / Senior Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Printing, Production, or related field.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Quality teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time completion of customer orders.
- Track raw material availability and coordinate procurement for uninterrupted production.
- Maintain production planning reports, order status, and dispatch schedules.
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower planning, and production scheduling.
- Analyze production delays, bottlenecks, and pending orders, and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure inventory control of RM, WIP, and Finished Goods.
- Support BRCGS, GMP, ISO, customer audits, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and update management on production and dispatch performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong production planning and scheduling knowledge.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning.
- Experience in paper bags, packaging, printing, flexible packaging, corrugated, or FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Exposure to order planning, dispatch coordination, inventory control, and production MIS will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge of BRCGS documentation, GMP, and customer order management will be preferred.
