Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR cum placement officer to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and student placement activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle HR documentation, attendance, and compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
- Build relationships with employers across India and Gulf countries.
- Source job opportunities and coordinate student placements.
- Organize placement drives, interviews, and career guidance sessions.
- Maintain placement records, alumni database, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with students and employers to ensure successful placements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, MBA, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or placement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in educational institutions or placement activities is preferred.
