Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Intern to join our Insurance Operations team. This offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the Australian insurance market and learn insurance processes, documentation, and compliance workflows. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, organized, and committed to developing a strong foundation in insurance administration and workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Insurance Operations Support
· Assist in processing new business, renewals, and endorsements under supervision.
· Maintain and organize policy records, quotes, and claim-related documents.
· Upload and manage documentation on internal platforms & Softwares.
· Learn to use insurance systems for data recording & processing.
2. Client and Underwriter Coordination
· Draft and send follow-up emails to clients and underwriters as guided by the team.
· Maintain accurate logs of communications in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho).
· Learn how to respond to basic queries and escalate complex issues to senior members.
3. Compliance and Documentation
· Assist in organizing compliance-related documents.
· Support in updating compliance trackers and checklists as per company standards.
· Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and stored securely.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· High attention to detail and organizational ability.
· Positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism.
Eligibility & Expectations:
· Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Insurance commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
