Position: Associate – Growth
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 1+ Years
- Business performance: Drive revenue, contribution margin, and key input metrics for your platform (sessions, conversion, in-stock, ASP, repeat).
- Store hygiene: Maintain best-in-class catalog hygiene – titles, images, content, taxonomy, and search visibility – across all assigned SKUs.
- Assortment & launches: Plan and execute listings, new launches, and assortment resets tailored to platform constraints (pack sizes, price slabs, hero SKUs).
- Pricing & promos: Own pricing, discounts, couponing, and participation in events to balance growth and profitability; coordinate with category managers on each platform.
- Supply & availability: Work with supply chain and warehouses to ensure right inventory on the right nodes (FCs, dark stores), healthy fill rates, and minimal out-of-stock.
- Stakeholder management: Act as single-threaded owner with internal teams (marketing, SCM, finance) and external platform teams / KAMs.
- Performance tracking: Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, run cohort and SKU-level analysis, and convert insights into clear experiments/actions.
- Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests on pricing, content, selection, and promotions to systematically improve velocity and unit economics.
- Review daily sales, inventory, and operation metrics; raise and close tickets for listing, payment, or operational issues on Amazon and q-commerce platforms.
- Optimize search and browse performance on Amazon using keyword, reviews, and content best practices while staying compliant with platform policies.
- For Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart, continuously refine assortment, visibility slots, and merchandising to win within the constraints of dark-store led models.
- Prepare weekly performance reviews and action plans for each platform, aligned to brand P&L targets and monthly revenue goals.
- Coordinate promotions and events (festivals, payday sales, platform events) end-to-end – selection, funding, inventory, and post-event analysis.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce / quick commerce / marketplace operations or a high-ownership analytical role; internships with strong operator exposure also count.
- Strong analytical comfort: advanced Excel/Sheets skills; ability to work with large datasets and build simple yet insightful dashboards.
- Bias for action and ownership: comfort with getting into the details of catalog, ops, and numbers instead of just making decks.
- Structured problem-solving, clear written communication, and an ability to work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
- Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on Amazon and/or any of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart.
- Prior work with consumer brands in FMCG, food, home & kitchen, or fitness categories
