Front Desk Operations & Hospitality
- Patient Greeting: Welcome patients warmly and project a professional, empathetic image.
- Token Management: Issue tokens or queue numbers to manage patient flow efficiently.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer walk-in and telephonic queries about doctor availability and hospital services.
- Waiting Area Maintenance: Keep the reception and waiting zones tidy and organized.
Patient Registration & Documentation
- New File Creation: Collect demographic details and open new electronic medical records (EMR).
- Consent Forms: Ensure patients fill out and sign required medical and privacy consents.
- Case History Prep: Attach old eye prescriptions or referral letters to the current patient file.
- Data Accuracy: Verify phone numbers and addresses to prevent duplicate hospital records.
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
- Booking System: Manage the digital appointment calendar for ophthalmologists and optometrists.
- Recall Calling: Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments or follow-up eye exams.
- No-Show Tracking: Reschedule cancelled or missed appointments to minimize open time slots.
- Internal Coordination: Notify the nursing or optometry staff when a patient arrives.
Billing & Financial Administration
- Fee Collection: Collect payments for consultations, diagnostic eye scans, and procedures.
- Invoice Generation: Issue accurate bills and receipts using the hospital’s billing software.
- Cash Desk Closure: Reconcile daily cash, card, and digital payments at the end of the shift.
- Insurance Coordination: Verify health insurance cards or government vision scheme papers.
Startup Support Responsibilities
- Feedback Collection: Gather early patient feedback to help management fix operational glitches.
- SOP Refinement: Help fine-tune front-desk workflows based on daily opening challenges.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
