Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Testing Faculty / Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in Manual Testing and Automation Testing and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on Software Testing (Manual + Automation)
- Teach core concepts such as:
- SDLC & STLC
- Test Case Design
- Bug Tracking & Reporting
- Train students in automation tools like:
- Selenium WebDriver
- TestNG / JUnit
- Provide hands-on training with real-time projects
- Guide students in resume preparation and interview readiness
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts
- Experience with Automation Testing (Selenium and Playwright preferred)
- Familiarity with Java or Python (for automation), agile methodology, Jira or similar tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus
- ISTQB certification (preferred)
