Position Purpose: The Regional Training Executive is responsible for developing and delivering technical, operational, safety, and compliance training programs for pest control technicians and supervisors. The role ensures improvement in technician knowledge, service quality, safety compliance, grooming standards, and pest management effectiveness across Food Businesses (FBOs), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Warehouses, Retail outlets, and Manufacturing facilities.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. in Biology / Entomology / Agriculture / Microbiology / Life Sciences (Minimum)
- Diploma or Certification in Pest Management (Preferred)
- Certification in Food Safety / HACCP / IPM (Advantage)
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Pest Management / Facility Hygiene / Food Safety industry
- Experience in technician training and field coaching
- Experience handling food industry clients such as FBOs, QSRs, warehouses and manufacturing units
- Experience supporting food safety audits (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, AIB)
Key Responsibilities
· · Develop structured training programs and audio/video learning modules for pest control operations and technician capability development.
- Conduct regular online and off-site training sessions for SDPs/Service Technicians, Supervisors, Operations Leads, KAMs, Operations Leads, and Auditors.
- Train field teams on safe pesticide usage, chemical dilution preparation, and proper handling procedures and
- Train Supervisors, Operations Leads, KAMs, Operations Leads, and Auditors on Risk analysis, RCA, CAP on key pest issue.
- Provide practical training on operation and maintenance of pest control equipment such as ULV foggers, thermal foggers, sprayers, EFKs, and monitoring devices.
- Train teams on proper documentation and reporting standards, including service reports, pest monitoring records, and chemical usage logs.
- Conduct sessions on Professional grooming, Safety practices, and effective client communication.
- Support operations teams in preparing technicians for client audits and food safety compliance requirements.
- Develop training materials such as SOPs, presentations, posters, and visual guides.
- Conduct field audits and on-site coaching to improve technician performance and service quality.
- Maintain training records, competency assessments, and technician performance evaluation reports.
