Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic English & Personality Development Trainer who can train and mentor students in communication skills, spoken English, personality development, grooming standards, customer service excellence, and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills training sessions.
- Deliver Personality Development and Soft Skills training.
- Train students on Grooming Standards and Professional Etiquette.
- Conduct Group Discussions (GD), Extempore, and Public Speaking sessions.
- Prepare students for Airline, Hospitality, Customer Service, and Corporate interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback.
- Develop training materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Motivate and mentor students to improve confidence and professionalism.
- Support placement preparation activities and career guidance sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Hospitality, Aviation, Management, or related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Good understanding of personality development and soft skills training.
- Experience in teaching, training, hospitality, aviation, or customer service will be preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate students.
Preferred Candidates
- Former Cabin Crew, Hospitality Professionals, Trainers, Teachers, or HR Professionals.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Candidates with experience in Aviation & Hospitality training will be given preference.
Working Hours
- 6 Days a week
- 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
