Key Responsibilities
- Test every feature of our products.
- Prepare test scenarios.
- Report bugs clearly.
- Learn Figma.
- Improve user journeys.
- Create user manuals.
- Record tutorial videos.
- Prepare onboarding material.
- Create FAQs.
- Coordinate customer onboarding.
- Maintain product documentation.
- Assist with quality assurance before releases.
- Work closely with developers and founders.
