Corporate Vision Camp & Optical Sales – Camp Co Ordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to organize and execute corporate vision camps while driving on-the-spot optical product sales. The role involves corporate tie-ups, camp execution, and direct customer engagement to promote eye care services and eyewear products.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and connect with corporates, offices, and institutions to organize vision camps
· Plan and execute eye check-up camps at client locations
· Coordinate with optometrists and support staff during camps
· Conduct basic vision screening (if trained) or assist medical staff
· Promote and sell optical products (frames, lenses, sunglasses) on-site
· Achieve sales targets during camps
· Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
· Handle inventory and billing during camps
· Prepare reports on camp performance and sales
Required Skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Sales-oriented mindset
· Ability to organize and manage events independently
· Basic knowledge of optical products (preferred)
· Customer-focused approach
· Willingness to travel
Qualifications
· Any Graduate (preferred)
· Experience in sales, healthcare camps, or optical retail is an advantage
Experience
· 1–5 years in field sales / corporate sales / optical sales (preferred)
Salary
· Fixed + Incentives (based on camp performance and sales)
