We are looking for an experienced Lithium Battery Plant Head to manage our lithium battery manufacturing department.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, 4-wheeler EV and Inverter/ESS lithium battery packs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete lithium battery pack assembly and production
- Cell grading, BMS installation/wiring, welding, testing and troubleshooting
- Operate and manage battery manufacturing/testing machines
- Production planning and quality control
- Lead, train and supervise the production team
- Independently handle day-to-day plant operations
Experience: 3+ years preferred in Lithium-ion/LiFePO4 battery manufacturing.
