Job Summary
Infinity Hyundai is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Service to lead and manage the complete after-sales service operations. The candidate will be responsible for workshop performance, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, team management, and maintaining Hyundai service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service workshop and body shop.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Drive service revenue through labor sales, spare parts, AMC, and value-added services.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor KPIs such as CSI, productivity, repeat repairs, and profitability.
- Coordinate with OEM representatives for audits, training, and service campaigns.
- Prepare MIS reports and present operational performance to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role at an automobile dealership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and workshop operations.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage large teams effectively.

- Good understanding of Hyundai service processes and standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
