Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive with experience in selling small home appliances. The candidate should be customer-focused, knowledgeable about products, and capable of achieving sales targets while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell small appliances (mixers, irons, kettles, fans, kitchen appliances, etc.)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
- Handle billing, basic documentation, and customer queries
- Follow up with customers for repeat sales and feedback
- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in small appliance or retail sales
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic product knowledge of home or kitchen appliances
- Ability to convince customers and close sales
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
- Basic computer or POS system knowledge
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in electronics or appliance showrooms
- Local language fluency along with basic English
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
