Position: Technical Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – Technical Sales (RF & Microwave Division)

Reporting To: Business Head / Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our RF & Microwave Division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, conducting technical presentations, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in Defense, Aerospace, Telecom, Electronics Manufacturing, EMC Testing Laboratories, Research Institutes, Government Organizations, and Private Industries.
- Promote and sell RF Anechoic Chambers, EMC/EMI Chambers, RF Shielded Rooms, Faraday Cages, RF Absorbers, Antenna Positioner Systems, and customized RF test solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams.
- Attend customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Develop relationships with consultants, system integrators, EPC contractors, testing laboratories, DRDO labs, ISRO centers, defense establishments, and telecom organizations.
- Track enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and project execution teams for smooth project implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in RF, Microwave, EMC, and Antenna Testing sectors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, RF & Microwave Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related disciplines.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering.
- Experience in RF, Microwave, EMC/EMI, Antenna Testing, Telecom, Defense Electronics, Test & Measurement, Shielding Solutions, or related industries preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of RF & Microwave principles.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI testing standards and shielding concepts.
- Familiarity with antenna measurement systems, RF absorbers, shielded chambers ,Antenna Positioner system and test facilities.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and proposal preparation.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer meetings and project discussions.
