We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Creative Designer & Video Editor to create engaging visual content and bring our stories, projects, students, and innovations to life.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design creatives for social media campaigns
- Website banners and landing pages
- Brochures and digital catalogues
- Event creatives and presentations
- Marketing campaign assets
Video Editing
- Create and edit Reels and short-form videos
- Student project showcases
- School success stories
- Event highlights
- Founder branding videos
- Product and kit demonstrations
Content Support
- Develop visual storytelling concepts
- Support campaign creatives and content series
- Create educational content assets
Brand Consistency
- Maintain design language and visual identity
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across campaigns
Monthly Deliverables
- 20–25 Reels / Short Videos
- 8–10 Static Creatives
- 4–6 School Success Stories
- 2–4 Founder Branding Assets
- Campaign-specific marketing creatives
Required Skills
Must Have
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Premiere Pro / CapCut
- Motion Graphics Basics
- Social Media Content Design
Preferred
- Experience in Education or EdTech
- Agency or Startup experience
- Experience working with creator-focused content
