Role Overview
- The Sales & Communication Coach will be responsible for improving the overall quality of outbound conversations by auditing calls, identifying coaching opportunities, and delivering structured training programs. This individual will work closely with SDRs, Team Leads, and Managers to improve communication skills, objection handling, discovery techniques, confidence, and meeting conversion rates.
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in B2B cold calling, sales coaching, communication training, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Call Quality Audits
- Audit outbound cold calls on a daily basis.
- Evaluate calls based on communication, confidence, qualification, discovery, objection handling, value articulation, and closing.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and missed sales opportunities.
- Maintain quality scorecards and coaching reports.
- Share actionable feedback with employees and managers.
Sales Coaching
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with SDRs and inside sales representatives.
- Improve opening statements, discovery questions, qualification techniques, and meeting-closing skills.
- Coach employees on active listening, consultative selling, and executive communication.
- Help employees develop confidence, clarity, and professionalism during conversations.
Lost Opportunity Analysis
- Analyze unsuccessful calls to identify why opportunities were lost.
- Recommend improvements in messaging, questioning techniques, objection handling, and call flow.
- Identify recurring trends affecting campaign performance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve meeting conversion.
Training & Development
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
- Conduct regular communication and sales training workshops.
- Develop modules on:

- Value Proposition Delivery
- Objection Handling
- Handling Gatekeepers
- Building Rapport
- Closing for Meetings
- Voicemail Techniques

- Organize refresher sessions based on campaign requirements.
Performance Improvement
- Work closely with underperforming employees through structured coaching plans.
- Support managers in executing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Monitor progress and provide continuous feedback.
- Track measurable improvement in communication and sales performance.
Sales Enablement
- Help create and refine:
- Cold calling scripts
- Discovery questionnaires
- Objection handling guides
- Value propositions
- Campaign playbooks
- Best-practice documents
- Recommend improvements based on customer conversations and market feedback.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly coaching reports.
- Track KPIs such as:
- Call Quality Scores
- Meeting Conversion Rate
- Objection Handling Effectiveness
- Qualification Accuracy
- Employee Improvement Trends
- Coaching Hours
- Training Effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales coaching or training certifications are a plus.
- Experience with call recording tools is preferred.
Experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Coaching, Learning & Development, or Inside Sales Training.
- Proven experience coaching SDRs, BDRs, or Inside Sales teams.
- Experience in the IT Services, Technology, SaaS, or B2B Services industry is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹13,653.57 - ₹45,936.78 per month
