5–10 years of experience in printing, packaging, garment accessories or a similar manufacturing environment.
Strong practical knowledge of printing and finishing processes.
Good experience in production planning and manpower management.
Ability to independently manage a production floor.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Hands-on and result-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
