Job Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media platforms.
- Counsel prospective students regarding various courses offered by Digital Bizware.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily lead records and update CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Coordinate with the academic and management team for smooth admission processing.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, educational events, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Required SkillsMandatory
✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi (both spoken and written)
✅ Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
✅ Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
✅ Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred
- Experience in Educational Sales, Telecalling, Counseling, or Admission Sales
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing or Education Industry will be an added advantage

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
