About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Chef to work closely on product development, prototyping, and pilot execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, documenting, and translating ideas into scalable food products.
This is not a routine kitchen prep role — the focus is on R&D, trials, and on-ground validation of new products.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in prototyping and testing new menu items and product ideas
- Accurately execute and iterate recipes during R&D trials
- Document recipes, processes, and observations in a structured format
- Support pilot launches and act as the on-ground lens for product performance
- Identify gaps in execution and provide feedback for improvement
- Work closely on refining consistency, taste, and scalability of products
- Maintain high standards of organisation during trials and testing

Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Professional kitchens or QSR Companies
- Strong interest in product development and experimentation
- Good palate and attention to detail
- Ability to follow and document processes precisely
- Curious, observant, and proactive in suggesting improvements
- Comfortable working in an unstructured, trial-driven environment
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food systems

Compensation
CTC: ₹3.6L – ₹4L (based on experience and fit)
6 Days work week
