Two-Wheeler Pick UP Driver
Job Summary
The PDI Driver is responsible for conducting and supporting Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) activities to ensure that all new vehicles are properly inspected, cleaned, fueled, and ready for customer delivery. The role also includes vehicle movement within the showroom and coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on new two-wheelers as per company standards.
- Check vehicle condition, electrical systems, lights, horn, brakes, tyres, battery, fuel level, and accessories.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, polished, and ready for delivery.
- Report any defects or damages found during inspection to the concerned department.
- Move vehicles between stockyard, workshop, and showroom as required.
- Assist in vehicle registration and delivery preparation activities.
- Support the sales team during customer vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain PDI records and delivery checklists.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of vehicles in the showroom and stockyard.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler components and vehicle inspection.
- Ability to identify minor defects and report them accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in automobile dealerships is preferred.
Salary: 8000-10000
Location: Showroom / Stockyard / Service Centre.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
