To drive sales growth, channel expansion, and business development for Samsung LED & LFD products in the Mumbai region through strong OEM coordination, channel management, pricing control, and market development, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Management: Drive Samsung LED & LFD sales for the Mumbai region. Support team in pricing, deal structuring, and closuresTrack daily sales, pipeline, and conversion ratios.
- Channel & Customer Management: Develop and manage SIs, dealers, and retailers' networks. Act as primary bridge between OEM and channel partnersConduct regular partner reviews and engagement activitiesEnsure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Cross-selling & Business Expansion: Drive cross-selling of complementary solutions. Identify bundling opportunities with key partners. Increase wallet share from existing customers
- Vendor Management: Maintain a strong OEM relationship. Conduct a minimum of 2 structured vendor meetings per week. Ensure daily coordination on pricing, stock, and schemes. Act as SPOC between OEM and internal teams.
- Stock Planning & Inventory Control: Ensure product availability for fast-moving SKUs. Monitor stock ageing and avoid dead inventory
- Marketing & Business Development: Plan and execute channel schemes, demos, and campaigns. Drive partner participation in marketing initiatives. Track ROI and sales impact of activities
