Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee multiple centres and ensure operational excellence across all locations. The role involves managing Centre Managers, driving compliance with organizational policies, ensuring high-quality beneficiary services, overseeing donor engagement, and maintaining operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, team management, reporting, stakeholder management, and operational planning skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Centre Operations Management
- Oversee operations of 5–6 centres and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Conduct regular reviews, audits, and performance assessments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, grievances, and maintenance concerns.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and support Centre Managers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Drive accountability, discipline, and operational excellence across centres.
- Support onboarding and development of centre leadership teams.
Beneficiary Experience Management
- Monitor beneficiary satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure effective implementation of teaching, counselling, and support programs.
- Review beneficiary records, admissions, and discharge processes.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and safety compliance.
Donor & Visitor Engagement
- Monitor donor and visitor management processes.
- Support Centre Managers in developing local donor networks and partnerships.
- Ensure timely donor communication and reporting.
- Review donor engagement activities and visitor experiences.
Community Engagement & Events
- Support volunteer engagement initiatives and awareness programs.
- Oversee execution of community outreach activities and centre events.
- Build relationships with schools, corporates, clubs, and community organizations.
Reporting & MIS Management
- Ensure timely submission of operational reports and dashboards.
- Monitor ERP/MIS data accuracy across centres.
- Prepare consolidated operational reports for senior management.
- Track key performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
Finance & Budget Oversight
- Review centre expenses and expenditure reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and budget guidelines.
- Monitor resource utilization and cost-control measures.
- Support centres in achieving operational sustainability.
Inventory, Asset & Transport Management
- Oversee inventory records, asset management, and resource planning.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and transport operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
New Centre Development Support
- Participate in new centre planning and operational readiness activities.
- Support staffing, infrastructure, and process implementation.
- Ensure smooth transition from development to operations.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA or relevant management qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, Facility Management, NGO Operations, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Education, or related sectors.
- Experience managing multiple locations/teams preferred.
