We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Valuation Analyst / Coordinator to join our property valuation team. In this role, you will prepare comprehensive bank-compliant property valuation reports using site data gathered by our field team. You will serve as the core communication bridge between field staff and banking personnel to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely report delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Report Drafting & Analysis: Draft detailed desktop property valuation reports based on physical inspection notes, photos, and measurement data provided by field staff.
Bank & Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for bankers and loan officers—receiving valuation requests, providing updates, and resolving post-submission queries.
Field Staff Management: Coordinate daily inspection schedules with field executives, cross-reference site photos/data against local municipal guidelines, and ensure all required site details are captured accurately.
Data Verification: Verify legal documents (title deeds, approved floor plans, tax receipts, layout clearances) provided by clients or banks against the field inspection findings.
Turnaround Time (TAT) Tracking: Ensure end-to-end report preparation strictly meets agreed SLA timelines with partner financial institutions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
