Job Summary
The Picker / Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing pharmaceutical products for dispatch while ensuring compliance with company policies, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards. The role requires maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick pharmaceutical products as per pick lists, invoices, or customer orders.
- Verify product name, batch number, quantity, and expiry date before packing.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
- Label cartons and packages accurately according to dispatch requirements.
- Ensure FEFO/FIFO principles are followed while picking products.
- Perform barcode scanning and update inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming products to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in stock counting and inventory audits.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely shipment of orders.
- Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹18,200.00 per month
