- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that emphasize movement, play, and foundational physical literacy rather than regimented sports.
- Incorporate activities that promote gross motor skill development, such as running, jumping, balancing, crawling, and catching.
- Lead high-energy, interactive indoor and outdoor physical education classes.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment that accommodates varying developmental stages.
- Observe and evaluate children's physical abilities and motor skill progression.
- Maintain records of student development and communicate effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience working with young children (ages 2–6) in a school, daycare, or recreational setting.
