SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
Villa Projects | Site Execution & Quality
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to take ownership of site execution, construction quality and project coordination across our villa projects.
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Salary: ₹40,000/month
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Villa / Residential Construction Experience: Mandatory
TECHNICAL
- Strong ability to read and understand Structural Drawings
- Architectural drawing coordination
- Electrical drawing understanding
- Plumbing & sanitary drawing understanding
- Knowledge of setbacks and building requirements
- Understanding of setback formats and approval processes
- BOQ, quantity checking & material planning
- AutoCAD knowledge
- Basic 3D knowledge preferred
PROJECT EXECUTION
- Site inspection & quality control
- Work measurement & execution checking
- Work scheduling & progress monitoring
- Contractor & subcontractor coordination
- Team handling & site supervision
- Material & workmanship quality checking
- Identifying execution errors & preventing rework
- Coordination between Architect, Structural Consultant, MEP Teams & Site Team
