Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across business functions. The role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition (80%) with limited exposure to HR Operations (20%). The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, experience in the Skill Development/Education sector, and proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and preliminary HR assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure closure within timelines.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Drive hiring for trainers, counselors, mobilizers, project staff, business development professionals, and corporate functions.
- Execute bulk hiring, campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary discussions, negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring status.
- Prepare and share recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
- Build strong relationships with colleges, training institutes, and talent networks.
HR Operations (20%)
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for new hires.
- Maintain employee and recruitment records accurately.
- Assist in HR audits, employee database management, and compliance documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives as required.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth employee lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in the Skill Development, Education, Training, or Consulting sector is mandatory.
Knowledge & SkillsKnowledge
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and referral channels.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
- Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Basic understanding of HR Operations and onboarding processes.

- Proven ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
- Strong networking and talent mapping skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
