The F&B Service Captain is responsible for supervising service staff and ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage operations while delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of service associates
Ensure guests are greeted, seated, and served promptly as per standards.
Monitor service quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Take and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist in training and guiding service staff.
Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and overall hygiene.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth operations.
Oversee table setup, restaurant opening, and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Assist in billing and settlement processes when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
