Job Summary
Webskitters Academy is looking for an experienced and industry-connected Academy Placement Manager to lead placement operations and corporate relations initiatives across PAN India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening industry partnerships, expanding recruiter networks, driving successful placement outcomes, and positioning the academy as a preferred talent partner for leading organizations nationwide.
This role requires a strategic professional with strong corporate networking capabilities, placement leadership experience, and a proven track record in industry engagement and campus hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Placement & Recruitment Management
- Lead end-to-end placement operations for academy students.
- Drive campus hiring, placement drives, internships, and recruitment partnerships.
- Ensure achievement of placement targets and hiring benchmarks.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, employer engagement, and recruitment activities.
Corporate & Industry Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, staffing firms, and corporate partners across PAN India.
- Develop strategic tie-ups with companies for placements, internships, and hiring collaborations.
- Expand employer network across IT, Digital, Analytics, AI, Marketing, BFSI, Healthcare, and emerging sectors.
- Represent the academy at corporate meetings, hiring events, and industry forums.
Student Career Development
- Support students with interview preparation, resume building, employability skills, and career guidance.
- Conduct placement readiness sessions and mock interview programs.
- Collaborate with academic teams to align training with industry requirements.
Reporting & Team Coordination
- Maintain recruiter databases, placement records, MIS reports, and hiring analytics.
- Lead and coordinate placement support teams for smooth execution of placement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Placement Management, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, or Campus Hiring.
- Strong PAN India industry and recruiter network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in corporate engagement and placement operations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment trends and employability requirements.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, or Skill Development sector preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
