At NIDO Machineries, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher who is eager to start their career in commercial operations and back-office support. This role is a great opportunity to learn how business operations work behind the scenes and to build a strong foundation in administration, coordination, and commercial processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day back office and administrative activities
- Assist in preparing basic commercial documents
- Maintain records, files, and data in an organized manner
- Coordinate with internal teams like Sales, Accounts, and Operations
- Handle emails, follow-ups, and basic client communication
- Help track orders, payments, and dispatch details
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and timely updates
What We’re Looking For
- A candidate with up to 1 year of experience
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Attention to detail and a structured way of working
