Greeter – Roles & Responsibilities (Bhasin Brothers)
Guest Reception & Welcome
- Warmly greet customers, visitors, and vendors upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Offer courteous assistance, guiding guests to the appropriate staff, department, or service area.
- Maintain a welcoming demeanor that reflects the brand values of Bhasin Brothers.
Guest Assistance & Direction
- Provide clear directions within the premises (showrooms, offices, service counters).
- Escort VIP guests or first-time visitors to designated staff members.
- Answer basic queries about store layout, services, and facilities.
Inquiries & Information
- Handle walk-in inquiries with accurate and polite responses.
- Share information about ongoing promotions, events, or special services.
- Direct complex questions to the relevant department or manager.
Visitor Log & Coordination
- Maintain a visitor logbook or digital register for tracking guest entries.
- Coordinate with security and reception staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Assist in verifying appointments or scheduled visits when required.
Ambience & Presentation
- Ensure the entrance and greeting area remain clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Monitor seating arrangements, refreshment counters, and décor for a pleasant atmosphere.
- Report any facility issues (lighting, signage, cleanliness) to housekeeping or operations.
Staff & Event Support
- Support staff during peak hours by managing guest queues and providing updates.
- Assist in welcoming guests during special events, exhibitions, or festive promotions.
- Collaborate with reception and operations teams to maintain service standards.
Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks
- Handle small administrative duties such as guiding deliveries or coordinating with housekeeping.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
