- The Line Quality Inspector is responsible for checking and verifying the quality of parts and products on the production line. Ensures that all items meet company and customer standards before moving to the next stage of manufacturing or shipping.
- Inspect machined parts during and after production for defects or deviations.
- Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Record inspection results and report any issues or non-conformities.
- Communicate with machine operators and supervisors about defects.
- Follow quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
- Help identify and prevent recurring quality problems.
