We are hiring a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our business by generating leads, building partnerships, and promoting our training programs. The role includes both field and office work, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking. Visit schools, colleges, corporates, and institutions to promote training programs. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations. Execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Achieve monthly business development targets. Coordinate with the admissions team for lead conversion. Track market trends and competitor activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or EdTech. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and sales abilities. Willingness to travel for field visits. Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred. Preferred Candidates Experience in educational institutions, training organizations, or the EdTech sector. Immediate joiners are preferred.
