We are seeking a dedicated and responsible On-Site Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our event venue. This is a residential position requiring the manager to stay on the property and be available to supervise operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth venue functioning.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling a variety of operational and managerial responsibilities in a dynamic event environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the venue.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support staff.
- Ensure the venue is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, vendors, and event organizers during their stay or event.
- Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Handle basic administrative and managerial tasks, including record-keeping and operational reporting.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with venue policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Assist in event coordination and ensure smooth execution of bookings and functions.
Residential Requirement
- This is a live-in position, and the manager will be required to stay on-site.
- Accommodation and meals will be provided by the company.
- Housekeeping staff will also be available on-site to support daily operations and property maintenance.
Leave Policy
- As this role requires continuous on-site presence, weekly off days may be accumulated and availed together after a mutually agreed period (typically every 2–3 months).
- Alternatively, unused weekly offs may be compensated/encashed as per company policy.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, venue management, guest relations, or a similar managerial role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate multiple operational activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable living on-site and handling responsibilities in a residential work environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while addressing guest or operational concerns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
