Job Title : Cluster Manager – Retail
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 5–10 Years (Minimum 2–3 years managing multiple retail stores/clusters)
Industry: Beauty / Cosmetics / Fashion / Retail / FMCG
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve business targets across multiple stores.
- Manage daily retail operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Monitor KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ABV, UPT, Productivity, and Inventory.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and store profitability.
- Conduct store audits and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership and multi-store management experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹68,434.00 - ₹78,434.00 per month
