What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"Contingent Workforce Management Admin to support our Contingent Workforce Support Team. (TEAM Lead role) The ideal candidate will lead the team that does front-end creation of requisitons in the Vendor Management System (VMS), digitally screening resumes/CVs that are submitted by the suppliers, and corresponding with suppliers as needed. The ideal candidate will also need to ensure smooth coordination, compliance at all times, and timely communication with Client Other duties may include: -Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of support specialists/coordinators handling day-to-day contractor queries, ticketing queues, and data management. SLA Management: Ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding onboarding times, issue resolution, and system updates. Process Optimization: Standardize workflows for the contingent labor lifecycle to improve efficiency and hiring manager satisfaction. VMS/MSP Oversight: Act as the super-user or primary admin for the Vendor Management System (VMS) (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa) and coordinate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) if applicable. Supplier Relations: Partner with staffing agencies and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies, contract disputes, or performance issues" •"Must Have Experience within Contingent Workforce space in areas like Vendor/Supplier Management inside or outside of VMS systems; Requisition/Work Order/Assignment Support within VMS systems Nice-to-Have Timesheet/Invoice Support within VMS systems"
Any Graduation
