- · Operate and handle CNC machines independently.
- Must have knowledge of programming and operating machines with the FANUC controller (G-Code).
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Set machine parameters as per approved process sheets.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
- Maintain required production and quality targets.
- Report machine breakdowns, defects, and abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
