Position: Account Manager – Technology Staffing & Resource Augmentation
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Mumbai/Noida
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred (Candidates serving notice up to 30 days may be considered)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for technology staffing, outsourcing, and resource augmentation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and L&D Heads.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, commercial negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless account ramp-up and service delivery.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM and provide regular business reports and forecasts.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Client Acquisition within Technology Staffing, IT Staffing, Resource Augmentation, or Outsourcing Services.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and generating business revenue.
- Strong network with decision-makers across BFSI, Telecom, IT Services, GCCs, or Large Enterprise organizations.
- Established client network in Mumbai and Western India markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Background
Candidates from IT Staffing, Technology Staffing, Resource Augmentation, Managed Services, Talent Solutions, or Workforce Outsourcing organizations will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
