JD of MANAGER COMPLIANCE
a· A compliance manager has to report to, and liaise with, the Director Operations & Head Compliance and make decisions based on the guidance received by authority.
b· To ensure that all building regulations are observed and day-to-day regulatory compliances are met.
c· To liaise with local police authorities for establishing monitoring groups and put rules and regulations for safety of the students.
d· To liaise with local municipal/corporation/panchayat authorities for any legal issue signing the documents for submission to the concerned department.
e. updating tax including revenue/property/profession etc.
f· To liaise with health authorities for upkeeping campus and its surroundings
g· To supervise all day-to-day processes that involve compliance and regulations
h· Take timely actions to ensure compliance, both with national/local laws and internal policies of the company
i· Make reports and documentation on potential compliance risks, as a compliance risk manager
j· Establish and carry out proper training programs, so that the employees are aware of the laws and regulations they need to adhere to
k· Carry out supervisory checks to find gaps in the current strategies, which involve compliance and rectify them as per the regulatory guidelines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
