Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, billing, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Review construction drawings and specifications.
- Prepare client and contractor bills (RA Bills & Final Bills).
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Verify quantities executed at site and prepare measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare cost reports and support project planning.
- Ensure timely billing, documentation, and project cost tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and cost management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (knowledge of estimation software is an added advantage).
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
